Title III, Part B, Strengthening Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Sections 321-327 of the Higher Education Act, as amended (20 U.S.C. 1060-1063c) and Title III, Part F, Section 371 of the Higher Education Act, as amended (20 U.S.C. 1067q).

Program Overview

The HBCU programs provide financial assistance to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to establish or strengthen their physical plants, financial management, academic resources, and endowment-building capacity.
