Eligible Entities are required to submit a project narrative if they plan on requesting IPFR funds that includes an overview of how they intend to use awarded funds prior to Final Proposal approval. These three sample documents illustrate the three broad categories of project narrative requests: 100% of funds requested, between 20% and 99% of funds requested, and under 20% of funds requested.
