Comcast Internet Essentials Partnership Program: The Comcast Internet Essentials Partnership Program is a public-private partnership with Albemarle County that provides eligible households in the Xfinity service area with a no-cost Internet service.

Internet Service Assistance from Arlington Public Schools: Arlington Public Schools (APS) offers Comcast Internet Essentials service for qualified APS households. APS offers free outdoor Wi-Fi outside every school location. Wi-Fi troubleshooting tips help APS families navigate connection issues.
English Classes for Adults in Arlington: Arlington Public Schools offers English classes for adults in Arlington. Classes have digital literacy topics interwoven throughout the courses, including computer basics, connecting to the Internet, navigating Google, and general online research. The Arlington Education and Employment Program also offers a basic computer training class through NorthStar.
Arlington Public Library Wireless Hotspots: Arlington residents with a library card can check out a mobile hotspot for up to seven days from the Arlington Public Library.
Arlington Public Library Teleconnect Space: The Arlington County Department of Community Planning, Housing, and Development and the Department of Technology Services offers constituents the Teleconnect Space at the Columbia Pike Library. The public can utilize the meeting space for two hours each day, up to two times per week, to access a computer and the Internet.
