BEAD grantees must comply with all requirements contained in 47 U.S.C. § 1702, the BEAD NOFO, the Department of Commerce Standard Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions for the BEAD Program, and the Specific Award Conditions applicable to each individual award.
