Join NTIA for a series of virtual listening sessions starting in December 2021 focused on the new broadband grant programs authorized and funded by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act: the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program; the Enabling Middle Mile Broadband Infrastructure Program; and the Digital Equity Act Programs, which include the State Digital Equity Planning Grant Program, State Digital Equity Capacity Grant Program, and Digital Equity Competitive Grant Program, and additional funding for the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program. These public virtual listening sessions are designed to collect stakeholder input to help inform program development and implementation.
Due to the high degree of interest in our NTIA Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) Broadband Programs: Public Virtual Listening Session #1 event, there could be issues logging into the session. If you have problems or for those that are unable to attend the event, the full recording of the listening session will be posted on the BroadbandUSA website within 7 days of the event.
We will have additional listening sessions in January and February 2022. Please visit the upcoming events section on our BroadbandUSA website on January 3, 2022 to register for these sessions and read the full session descriptions. The sessions are planned for the following dates:
- Wednesday, January 12, 2022, from 2:30-4:00 p.m. ET;
- Wednesday, January 26, 2022, from 2:30–4:00 p.m. ET;
- Wednesday, February 9, 2022, from 2:30–4:00 p.m. ET; and
- Wednesday, February 23, 2022, from 2:30–4:00 p.m. ET.
We look forward to working together as NTIA gather’s input on the five new broadband grant programs authorized and funded by the IIJA.
